Missing hood and former barn title: The entrance hood is missing in NHLE and must not become a positive extant hood tag. Former listed title mentions barn, but the present description concerns farmhouse; barn-specific classification is unverified. Earlier rear eaves line is probable.
Early 19th century to earlier core Documented principal date and expressly identified fabric phases. Earlier core and probable earlier eaves line remain undated.

LEOMINSTER SO46SE NORTH ROAD 808-1/6/172 The Broad 09/07/76 (Formerly Listed as: NORTH ROAD Broad Farmhouse and barn) GV II Farmhouse. Early C19 to earlier core. Brick on ashlar plinth; hipped Welsh slate roof; 3 brick lateral stacks, to right rear on rubble base. 2 storeys; 3-window range: 8/8 sashes in rendered reveals, under stepped stucco lintels with keyblocks; plastered soffits. Central entrance: 6-panel door and ornamental fanlight in round-headed panelled reveals, under stucco arch with missing hood, on moulded pilasters; flanked by similar 8/8 sashes. Right returned side: C20 light under segmental arch; C19 light to 2nd floor at rear. Rear: rendered with probable earlier eaves-line; 3 storeys; two C19 casements to each floor; part-glazed plank door to right; C20 part-glazed door, and blocked overlight, to centre left; C20 casement. INTERIOR not inspected. Listing NGR: SO4910660389
