Rights by material type
- Original Leominster Heritage research, writing, database selection, design and branding remain protected unless stated otherwise.
- Identified statutory descriptions and public-sector data may be reused under the Open Government Licence.
- That licence does not automatically cover Historic England photographs or all third-party material.
- Historic maps, archive photographs, books and research sources follow their individual copyright and repository terms.
- Contributors retain copyright and grant the licence in the Contribution Terms.
Image records
Every published image should state creator, date where known, source or repository, copyright holder, permission or licence, restrictions and an uncertain-rights label where necessary. Uncertain material remains private while checked.
Research copies
Complete copyrighted works, scans and lengthy extracts are not republished merely because they were supplied. Reproduction requires permission or another applicable legal basis.
