Painted brick; C20 composite tile roof; brick end stacks (rendered to left) to front; rendered stack to left rear; brick stack to right rear. 3 storeys; 2-window range: 8/8 sashes in broad moulded cases under gauged brick flat arches; 4/4 sashes in broad moulded cases; brick modillion eaves. Central entrance: 6-panel double doors in moulded frame under moulded wood flat hood with fluted brackets and pilasters; flanked by early C20 mullion and transom lights with leaded glazing, under rendered lintels. Right returned side: fixed light and small metal casement, under segmental arches. Rear wing, with brick modillion eaves. INTERIOR not inspected. Listing NGR: SO4978158934
